David's real estate career began in 1999 & obtained his Broker's license in 2001. He has extensive experience selling new & existing homes as well as vacant land.

During David's career, he has helped hundreds of clients successfully close escrow. Having been evaluated by JD Power & Associates® through a successful career in selling new homes, David has become an award-winning Salesman, both as a REALTOR® and New Home Sales Agent. He's earned several awards including two top customer service awards, rookie of the year, fast start & best divisional salesperson.

David opened Fenn Real Estate Inc. in 2016 to share his experience and talents with others, and bring in like-minded Agents to follow his lead. David desires to help his Agents be sincere and caring real estate professionals.

David is also a licensed mortgage loan officer and certified transaction coordinator. With this additional experience he is more equipped to serve his clients in the best way possible.
